Therapy for pregnancy & postpartum
-
When pregnancy or postpartum feels heavier than you expected, you don’t have to carry it alone. In individual therapy, we move at your pace—making room for anxiety, low mood, birth/medical trauma, identity shifts, grief and loss, relationship changes, sleep/feed stress, and intrusive thoughts. Together we’ll steady your nervous system, untangle worries, and build practical tools so you can feel heard, supported, and more like yourself again.
-
You deserve a village. Small, therapist-led groups bring parents together to feel less alone, learn gentle coping skills, and practice connection in a judgment-free space. Each week offers a mix of support and simple, evidence-based strategies for anxiety, mood, and overwhelm—plus real-life tips for bonding, sleep, and communication. Come as you are; every story is welcome, and you’ll leave with community, clarity, and encouragement for the week ahead.
-
When you’re running on little sleep and big feelings, it can be hard to feel connected—even to a baby you love. Postpartum anxiety or depression can dull joy, heighten worry, or make everyday moments feel like “too much.” In dyadic therapy, we slow things down and focus on you and your baby together. We’ll practice noticing your baby’s cues, finding rhythms that feel doable, and using simple co-regulation tools (breath, touch, voice, play) to settle both nervous systems.
INFANT & EARLY CHILDHOOD THERAPY
-
Hard things leave echoes—for little ones and for caregivers. I create a gentle, play-based space to process scary experiences (medical events, separations, losses, family stress) and to rebuild a sense of safety. Together, we support your child’s feelings and body cues, strengthen routines that soothe, and help you feel more confident responding—so your family can breathe a little easier.
-
You don’t have to figure this out alone. My small, welcoming groups offer real-life strategies for big feelings, tantrums, sleep/feeding stress, and daily transitions—plus the comfort of being with other caregivers who “get it.” Come as you are; leave with a few practical tools, more compassion for yourself, and a community to lean on.
-
If you’re craving more ease and connection, we’ll slow down and focus on the relationship itself. We’ll read your child’s cues together, practice co-regulation, develop boundaries, and find simple ways to repair after tough moments. This work helps little ones feel safe and seen—and helps you feel steadier and more connected in your role.
-
Challenging behaviors are communication. We’ll look beneath the surface to understand what your child’s behavior is trying to say—sensory needs, big feelings, unmet skills, or stress. Then we’ll build a plan that fits your family: clear routines, doable scripts, and playful coaching that turns power struggles into teachable moments. No shame, no blame—just support that works in real life.
